Shopify · Back office
Run every Shopify store from one place and stop copying data by hand.
When products, stock and costs live in spreadsheets and several Shopify admins, every change is made twice and every mistake costs sales. We connect your stores to one central system: products are defined once and published everywhere, stock and costs stay in sync, and your own sales data tells you what to reorder.
The problem
Your catalog grew. Your tools didn’t.
Managing Shopify by hand
- Product data is edited separately in each store and in spreadsheets.
- Updating hundreds of products means hours of clicking or fragile CSV imports.
- Stock, costs and purchase orders drift apart between systems.
- Reordering is guesswork: too much of one size, sold out of another.
With a connected back office
- One central record per product: materials, colours, sizes and metafields, published to every store.
- Bulk updates through Shopify’s API: thousands of products changed safely, with progress you can follow.
- Webhooks and scheduled syncs keep inventory, costs and orders aligned automatically.
- Forecasts per size, based on real sales and seasonality, suggest what to reorder and when.
How it works
From scattered data to one source of truth.
-
01
Map your data
We audit products, variants, metafields, SKUs and barcodes across your stores and agree on one central model, cleaning duplicates and gaps on the way.
-
02
Connect the stores
Each store is connected through Shopify’s official API with only the permissions it needs, and webhooks report product and inventory changes as they happen.
-
03
Sync in both directions
Large changes run as bulk operations that are tracked, retried and resumable; everyday edits flow through webhooks. Every operation is logged.
-
04
Decide with data
Sales are imported every day into dashboards and replenishment forecasts per style and size, ready when it is time to order.
What you get
Everything around the storefront, handled.
Central product data
Styles, variants, materials, colours, size types and metafields managed once, for every store.
Bulk operations
Shopify’s bulk API for large catalogs, with progress tracking, retries and resume after interruptions.
Real-time webhooks
Changes made in Shopify flow back immediately, with protection against duplicate deliveries.
Multiple stores
Markets, brands or B2B channels run from one system, each with its own settings.
Data quality checks
Previews before variants are created and barcode/GTIN audits catch errors before customers do.
Accounting & shipping
Orders and invoices handed on to your accounting and shipping tools, without re-typing.
Replenishment
Reorder the right sizes, not just the right products.
Sales are imported from Shopify every day. Discounts and campaign spikes are cleaned out, last year’s seasonal curve is applied, and demand is projected over your production lead time, so every size gets a recommended order quantity before it sells out.
- Size-level demand from recent, real sales
- Seasonality from last year’s sales curve
- Production lead time and stock coverage built in
- Stock-out dates and recommended quantities per size
- Recalculated automatically after every daily import
Does this replace Shopify?
No. Shopify stays your storefront and checkout. We take over the back-office work around it: product data, bulk changes, stock, costs, reporting and the hand-offs to other systems.
Can it handle a large catalog?
Yes. It is built on Shopify’s bulk operations, which are designed for thousands of products and variants. Long jobs are tracked and can resume if they are interrupted.
We run several stores. Does that work?
Yes. Each store is connected with its own settings, while product data is shared, so a change can be published to every store or only to the ones you choose.
What happens to our spreadsheets and existing systems?
We import and clean your existing data first. If you already use an ERP, accounting or shipping tool, we integrate with it rather than replace it.
Is our data safe?
Access goes through Shopify’s official API with only the permissions needed, your data stays in your own infrastructure, and every bulk change is logged.
How long does it take?
A first phase, connecting the stores and syncing products, usually takes a few weeks. Forecasting and accounting hand-offs can follow in later phases.
